Travelbizbuilder.biz is a joint venture between Viviani Associates PR and SamsonMedia.net. Founders Lynette Viviani and Gene R. Sower have established Travelbizbuilder.biz after forming strategic alliances with travel marketing companies like Signature Travel and successfully increasing website traffic and exposure to national cruiseline companies and travel businesses.
Lynette F. Viviani
Lynette is founder and president of Viviani PR. Innovative strategic thinking, sound judgment and expert writing ability make Lynette a valued partner for many corporate and marketing communications teams.
Advisor to corporations of all sizes for more than 30 years, she is a trusted source for financial, tech and trade media in the U.S. and Canada. A seasoned team leader, Lynette has created award-winning corporate social responsibility programs and has been instrumental in writing the PR playbook for telecommunications companies nationwide. She managed day-to-day media and community relations activities for Verizon Wireless in the New York Metro area for more than 20 years. Before starting her own company, Lynette served as Director of Media Relations and Planning for Bell Atlantic NJ (now Verizon) a role in which she developed media strategy during a critical time in the evolution of the industry. Lynette is a graduate of West Virginia University’s School of Journalism where she received both Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Journalism.
She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and its prestigious Counselors Academy, and the Publicity Club of New York. Her volunteer activities include providing media relations support to Daytop-New Jersey, fundraising for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Northern NJ and service to Our Lady of the Magnificat Church.
Gene R. Sower
Gene R. Sower is the owner of SamsonMedia.net, an interactive agency specializing in website development, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing and social media marketing. Based in Montclair, New Jersey, SamsonMedia.net has a diverse base of small business clients as well as large accounts like Cisco Systems.
Prior to starting SamsonMedia.net in late 2005, Gene was the VP of Production for West Glen Communications in New York, which specialized in producing and distributing broadcast-quality public relations TV and radio content for Fortune 100 companies. Gene was also a former producer for travel guru Arthur Frommer and shot and produced several Travel Channel episodes based on vacationing in Puerto Rico.
In the late 90′s during the dot com boom, Gene was a content producer and writer for two Internet start-ups that included on2.com and About.com which is now owned by the NY Times Company.
